Terms of Service Summary

Tax Compliance: Vendors must comply with Bangladesh VAT and income tax regulations. BIN and VAT registration may be required based on sales volume.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with proper notice. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our policies.
